Job summary

Beco is seeking a data analyst to analyse procurement spend, orders, vendor data, and pricing while building MIS reports and Power BI dashboards to track procurement performance.

You will use Excel to clean and reconcile data, monitor vendor performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will deliver actionable insights to support negotiations and drive procurement efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst role with procurement knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or analytics focus.
• Basic knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus.
• Good business and commercial understanding, with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analysis to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
