Kennametal Inc. in Bengaluru is seeking an orderly and customer-focused order management professional to handle spare parts enquiries, prepare commercial offers, and coordinate SAP/SCM-based order processing.

You will negotiate terms, issue proforma invoices, and ensure timely order dispatch while maintaining ISO records. Responsibilities include coordinating with logistics for packing, handling advance payments, and creating ASNs via ARIBA.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating with logistics teams for delivery of urgent consignments.
• Knowledge of export packaging and fumigation certificates for export shipments.
• Experience booking export consignments online and coordinating with agents for pickup.

Responsabilidades

• Receive customers’ enquiry for spares.
• Respond within stipulated TAKT time for enquiries / emails received and offer submission.
• Study of enquiry and preparation of commercial offer based on guidelines by taking prices from Supply Chain Management team/ SAP.
• Submission of commercial offer to customers.
• Negotiate with customers on pricing and offer terms.
• Follow up with customer for PO release.
• Send order acknowledgement / acceptance of PO to customers.
• Preparation of Order Hand Over documents & order booking through Sales team.
• Coordinate with customers for advance payment for order processing.
• Preparation and sending Proforma Invoice to customers for advance payment release.
• Spare project number creation in SAP for order processing.
• Attaching part details of spares in Designs PDM.
• Coordination with Design for new part number creation & support required if any.
• Budget entry in SAP.
• Release of Factory Order to SCM for spares procurement activities.
• Follow up with SCM for items (manufactured & bought out).
• Drawing of spares from stores & labelling as per PO.
• Coordination with logistics team for packing of spares.
• Coordinate with customer for dispatch activities and collection of pending payments before dispatch.
• Filing of invoices and maintaining ISO records of spare projects, product vertical wise.
• Create ASN on customers’ portal/ ARIBA for spares consignment dispatched. Intimate customers on spares dispatch.
