Job summary

ixigo is seeking a candidate for a fully remote Travel Operations role in India. The position requires graduation and at least 6 months of experience in calling and backend operations, with knowledge of the travel industry. A laptop and stable Wi-Fi are required.

You will participate in a 2-week training program to understand the hotels booking ecosystem and complete assessments to demonstrate your skills, while safeguarding sensitive data per ISMS policies.

Qualifications

• Graduation is mandatory.

• Must have access to a laptop and a stable Wi-Fi connection.
