• Manage multiple WhatsApp Channels for one-way communication.
• Plan, schedule, publish, and maintain regular channel updates.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and timely communication.
• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly content calendars.
• Plan content for campaigns, service updates, events, offers, and festive communications.
• Ensure content is scheduled and published within the planned timelines.
• Write concise, engaging, and action-oriented content for WhatsApp Channels.
• Create headlines, captions, CTAs, and short-form communication optimized for mobile users.
• Maintain a consistent brand tone and communication style across platforms.
• Coordinate with design and video teams for required marketing creatives.
• Prepare clear creative briefs covering objectives, copy, CTA, format, and specifications.
• Review final creatives to ensure they align with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
• Optimize content based on engagement, audience response, timing, formatting, and post structure.
• Use link tracking and available analytics to measure engagement and conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve content effectiveness and audience reach.
• Ensure all communication is accurate, error-free, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Verify links, dates, offers, service details, and other information before publishing.
• Ensure content remains relevant and aligned with the intended audience.
