Macquarie Group in Gurugram is seeking a middle office/trade support professional to support the Equity Trading and Derivatives business across global markets. You will coordinate with Sales, Trading, Business Management and Technology to resolve client-related matters and ensure timely solutions.
The role focuses on post-trade allocations, issue escalation, risk mitigation and continuous improvement, including UAT testing, with hybrid working arrangements and solid Excel and Alteryx automation

In this role, you will provide operational support to the Equity Trading and Derivatives business, covering a broad range of listed and unlisted equity products across global markets (Australia, Asia, EMEA, and the US). Working closely with Sales, Trading, Business Management, and Technology teams, you will coordinate and resolve client-related matters to deliver timely and effective solutions. You will also manage post-trade allocations and exceptions, elevate client-impacting issues, and contribute to process improvements, risk mitigation, and project initiatives, including UAT testing.
