Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling and feasibility analysis for land acquisition and real estate development opportunities.
• Evaluate investments using key metrics such as IRR, ROI, Equity Multiple, Margins, and Cash Flows.
• Perform market research, competitive analysis, and track real estate trends, pricing, rentals, and regulatory developments.
• Prepare investment proposals, deal notes, presentations, and management reports.
• Support deal structuring, due diligence, documentation, approvals, and transaction closure.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of acquisition and development projects.
