Job summary

Nextstudycircle is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Sales Engineer for its Data Centre Solutions team in Mumbai/Thane. You will drive new business, manage the full sales cycle, and coordinate with presales, engineering and operations to deliver technical proposals and solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in B2B technical sales within Data Centre, Thermal, HVAC, Electrical or Critical Infra industries, with preference for Thermal line experience. Full-time on-site position in Mumbai/Thane.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B technical sales in data centre/critical infra.
• Diploma/BE/BTech in mechanical or electrical eng.
• Experience with thermal or electrical infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Data Centre segment.
• Generate leads and build relationships with customers, consultants, contractors and system integrators.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend technical solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, quotations and presentations.
• Coordinate with presales, engineering and operations teams for solution development and proposal submission.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits and technical discussions.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve targets.
• Track market trends and upcoming Data Centre projects.
• Follow up with customers for commercial discussions and payment collection.
• Maintain regular sales reports and updates.
