Job summary

Bosch Rexroth India is seeking a seasoned quality professional to drive supplier qualifications for machining and casting, perform audits for new vendor releases, and develop suppliers for serial production. The role requires preparing material field specifications and leading systematic problem solving on the shop floor.

The candidate should have BE Mechanical with 7+ years in industry and over 2 years in quality management, with familiarity of ISO 9001/IATF 16949/VDA 6.3 and APQP/PPAP methods.

Qualifications

• BE Mechanical with 7+ years in industry and >2 years in quality management.
• Experience in machining and casting machining.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, 8D.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Strong communication in difficult situations and interpersonal relations.
• VDA 6.3 auditor qualification will be an added benefit.

• Proficiency in English Communication
• Good communication skill in hard and complex situation & interpersonal relationship.
• VDA 6.3 Auditor qualification will be added benefit.
• Very good soft skills (Authentic, teamwork, sociable, organization ability, self-reliant, self-dependent ,team work player
• Ability to work under pressure
