Responsibilities

• Supervise CNC machining operations (including milling, drilling, grinding, etc.), offering hands‑on technical support and troubleshooting for complex machine issues, program modifications, and setup procedures to reduce downtime.
• Develop and strengthen capable vendors who can meet our quality expectations in a cost‑effective manner.
• Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and productivity.
