About the Team

The Chairmans Office works closely with the Chairman to drive key priorities across the organization. The team ensures that day-to-day execution, communication, and logistics run reliably so the Chairman can focus on decision-making and high-impact work. The office operates in a fast-moving environment where plans evolve frequently and execution accuracy matters. The role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving ability, high ownership in execution, and comfort working amid constant change. Trust, discretion, and integrity are fundamental to the role.


About the Role

This role supports the day-to-day execution of the Chairman’s Office, with responsibility for ensuring the Chairman’s schedule, meetings, travel, communication, and key follow-ups are coordinated smoothly and executed on time.

You will manage a complex calendar, coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders, organize domestic and international travel, and work closely with teams, vendors, drivers, and other partners to ensure plans are executed as scheduled. You will also track recurring updates and action items from leaders and teams, follow up proactively, and help ensure that important information and commitments do not fall through the cracks.

The role will involve handling correspondence, maintaining relevant records and documentation, supporting preparation of reports where required, and managing sensitive information with a high degree of discretion.


What We Expect From You
  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Organize domestic and international travel, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact for the Chairman, handling emails, calls, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure adherence to company policies.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in the creation of presentations as needed.
  • Operational Support: Assist in day‑to‑day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless execution of executive operations.
