Job summary

tisyastays is seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant/AI Operations Partner to join an AI-first startup in Goa. You\'ll work directly with the Founder, not as a conventional EA, but as a force multiplier who leverages AI, systems, and exceptional execution to scale the business.

You\'ll own AI implementations across functions, test tools, create SOPs, dashboards, and drive priorities from concept to execution, helping the founder stay focused on what matters most.

Experience:

1–3 years (Exceptional fresh graduates with a strong AI portfolio are encouraged to apply.)
