Job summary

Omega Healthcare seeks an Executive - AR / Senior Executive - AR to manage US healthcare billing, including physician and hospital claims. The role requires 2+ years in AR calling, denial management expertise, and familiarity with Epic Software and CMS 1500/UB04 forms.

• 2+ years of AR calling (voice process) experience.
• Experience in US Healthcare (Physician or Hospital billing).
• Strong knowledge of denial management and CMS 1500/UB04 claims.
• Experience with Epic Software.
• Proficient in contacting insurance companies and understanding client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle US Healthcare billing (physician or hospital) end-to-end.
• Demonstrate solid knowledge of US healthcare concepts.
• Maintain AR calling experience with focus on denial management.
• Apply Epic Software knowledge to everyday tasks.
• Work with CMS1500 or UB04 claims and client specifications.
• Proficiently contact insurance companies to resolve issues.
