Job summary

Aatral Hr Consulting is seeking an Executive / Senior Executive AR for night shift work in India. The role involves AR calling for US healthcare clients, handling denial management, RCM, and AR follow-up.

Prior experience with physician billing (CMS 1500) or hospital billing (UB04) and EPIC knowledge are preferred. This position requires a willingness to work night shifts and to support two-way cab arrangements within 25 km.

Qualifications

• Experience in AR calling for US Healthcare (1–5 years).
• Strong in denial management, RCM, and AR follow-up.
• Hands-on with physician billing (CMS 1500) or hospital billing (UB04).
• EPIC software knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication for international voice processes is mandatory.
