Job summary

Assembly Global is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to support profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships across networks. The role involves client onboarding, publisher collaboration, and campaign optimization to maximize performance.

You will monitor activities, draft communications, and help create offers, reports, and newsletters. A BA/BS is required with 1–2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce or agency marketing.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of in-house ecommerce or agency marketing experience.
  • Basic understanding of online marketing channels including Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media, Referral, Blogger and Content marketing.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Support Affiliate Marketing Manager and Senior Director to drive profitable customer acquisition via affiliate partnerships on various networks
  • Assist client onboarding, setup new affiliate accounts and creative assets.
  • Review and approve affiliate applications and monitor day-to-day activities.
  • Draft communications/newsletters and maximise program effectiveness with publishers.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly client reports and set up new offers in networks.

Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator role focuses on supporting affiliate partnerships to drive profitable customer acquisition and campaign management. This position involves client onboarding, affiliate program monitoring, and collaboration with publishers to optimize marketing efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Help the Affiliate Marketing Manager and Affiliate Senior Director manage and drive profitable customer acquisition through affiliate partnerships on various affiliate network solutions for our affiliate clients
  • Support Affiliate Marketing Manager with the client onboarding process including setting up new affiliate accounts and creative
  • Review and approve affiliate applications
  • Monitor day to day affiliate activities, responding to publisher inquiries, and drafting communications/newsletters for various campaigns
  • Work closely with publishers and help maximise effectiveness of each affiliate program
  • Work with the team to help execute affiliate promotional strategy and develop campaign ideas
  • Run client reports on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Work with the team to set up new offers in the affiliate networks via text and banner link
  • Help create and send affiliate newsletters
Required Skills
  • 1-2 years of in-house e-commerce or agency marketing experience
  • Basic understanding of one or more online marketing channels, such as, Affiliate, Partner, Search, CRM, PR, Social Media , Referral, Blogger and Content marketing
  • Highly organized and execution focused with ability to multi-task
  • Discipline to work independently and meet established deadlines with an exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects and frequent reporting
  • Attention to detail, accountability and pride in quality of work
  • Quick learner, creative thinker
  • Knows how to collaborate with and influence both internal and external partners
Requirements
  • Proficiency working in Excel and Microsoft Word and comfortable with formatting and customizing reports
  • Knowledge of affiliate networks (Commission Junction or Linkshare ) a plus
  • Familiarity with HTML, a plus
  • Experience with analytics software such as Omniture or Google Analytics, a plus
  • BA/BS degree
  • Exceptional planning and project management skills
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, positive attitude, drive and collaborative spirit
  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
