Job summary

Gumpro Drilling Fluids Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai invites a Commerce Graduate with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, GST and TDS compliance to join our finance team. The role focuses on accurate invoice processing, tax compliance, vendor coordination, and maintaining statutory documentation.

You will support audits and ensure timely tax filings, working closely with vendors and internal departments. SAP B1 knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: Book and verify vendor, purchase, expense and service invoices.
• GST Compliance: Handle GST filing and RCM transactions; maintain GST records.
• TDS Compliance: Calculate and account for TDS; ensure timely payments and returns.
• Audit & Compliance: Maintain records for audits and provide required documentation.

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Commerce Graduate with relevant experience in Accounts Payable, GST and TDS compliance. The candidate will be responsible for invoice processing, tax compliance, vendor coordination, statutory documentation and audit support.

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Book and verify vendor, purchase, expense and service invoices.
• Ensure accurate accounting of TDS, GST and other applicable taxes.
• Maintain proper vendor accounts and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice-related discrepancies.

GST Compliance

• Handle GST compliance, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Handle Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) transactions.
• Support GST annual return compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve GST discrepancies.
• Maintain GST records and documentation for audits and compliance.

TDS Compliance

• Calculate and account for TDS as applicable.
• Ensure timely TDS payments and return filing.
• Prepare and issue Form 16A.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve TDS discrepancies.
• Maintain proper TDS records and supporting documents.

Audit & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits.
• Provide required information and supporting documents during statutory/compliance reviews.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tax and accounting activities.

Qualification

• BCom / Commerce Graduate

Experience

• Approximately 3-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, GST and TDS compliance.
• Experience in a service/project company is preferred.

Software Knowledge

• SAP Business One (SAP B1)
