Job summary

Sid’s Farm is expanding in Hyderabad and Bengaluru and seeks an Account Executive with a commerce background and tallying experience to manage client accounts, reporting, and cross‑functional coordination. The role focuses on accurate financial records and smooth client-company interactions.

The ideal candidate will have a commerce degree, CMA/CA foundation and 3+ years in similar roles, with strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce or equivalent
• Qualified CMA or CA foundation preferred
• 3+ years of experience in account executive roles beneficial
• Proficiency in Tally or similar accounting software
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork capabilities

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Material Balance reporting and BMC Sales
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements using tally
• Coordinate with internal departments to address needs and inquiries
• Support invoicing, E-way Bill, Milk Purchase entries and Sales entries
• Assist in preparing the BMC and MB reports
• Prepare Milk payment sheets and reconcile four-day sheets
• Maintain up-to-date petty cash documentation

Job Title: Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive with a strong background in commerce and proficiency in tallying financial data. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring accurate reporting, and facilitating smooth interactions between the client and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Material Balance reporting and BMC Sales
• Utilize tally skills to prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and statements.
• Communicate effectively with the Internal departments, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries.
• Provide support regarding invoicing, E-way Bill, Milk Purchase entries & Sales entries
• Assist in the preparation of the BMC Report and the MB report
• Preparation of Milk payment sheets and reconciliation of the four-day sheets.
• Ensure all Petty cash-related documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

• Candidates having a bachelor’s degree in commerce and a Qualified CMA or CA foundation.
• Would be preferred with 3+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in Tally software (or similar accounting software).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prior experience in an Account Executive or similar role is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
