Job summary

Saviour Builders is seeking an accounting professional to support daily financial operations in its Uttar Pradesh office. You will manage day-to-day accounting tasks and help prepare financial statements for the real estate portfolio.

The role requires strong Tally ERP 9 usage, GST and TDS familiarity, and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office is essential to maintain accurate records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with GST and TDS.
• Ability to prepare financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Assist day to day accounting of the company.
• Look after the complete payables and receivables leading to preparation of financial statements.
• Handle GST, TDS filings, and bank reconciliations.
• Manage receipts and payments processing.
• Process payment of invoices online and offline.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain vouchers.

• REQUIRED ACCOUNTING KNOWLEDGE LIKE TALLY ERP -9
• GST WORKING
• TDS FILLING
• BANK RECONCILIATIONS
• RECEIPTS PAYMENTS
• PAYMENT OF INVOICES HANDLING ONLINE, OFFLINE BANKING
• JOURNAL ENTRIES
• VOUCHERS etc.
• Required to assist day to day accounting of the company.
• Look after the complete payables and receivables leading to preparation of financial statements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as an account executive in real estate field would be an advantage
• Great attention to details
• Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with Tally ERP 9.
• Qualifications (CA Inter, M.com, B,com)
