Job summary

Padmatech Industries Pvt. Ltd in Pune is seeking an Executive Accounts to lead financial and management accounting, oversee statutory audits, and ensure compliance with Indian tax laws.

The role requires strong ERP experience, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to deliver accurate monthly reports on time. 2–5 years in manufacturing with Excel is preferred; MCOM/MBA qualifications are desirable.

Qualifications

• Maintain cost records per Cost Audit Rules and ensure periodic auditing.
• Coordinate across functions to deliver monthly reporting with quality and timeliness.
• Stay updated with current pronouncements and amendments in relevant laws.

Job Description

• Lead, manage and control financial accounting, management accounting and statutory audit areas in accordance with company objectives, policy guidelines, generally accepted accounting principles of India, group policy and standards.
• Optimize and enhance capabilities of the ERP financial module and related aspects affecting other modules.
• Maintain Cost Records as per Cost Audit Rules and ensure periodic auditing.
• Continuously strive for process simplification and improvement in all accounting and finance processes; implement internal audit improvement recommendations.
• Coordinate across functions and lead the accounting team to deliver monthly reporting in accordance with quality and time performance requirements.
• Oversee statutory audit to ensure seamless audit of accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Excise Law, Service Tax Law, Income Tax Law, VAT & CST Laws.
• liaison with Bank, RBI, DGFT & other related agencies.
• Risk Management: knowledge of insurance-related laws and ensure all company assets are adequately insured.
• Stay updated with current pronouncements, updates & amendments in laws relevant to company functions.
• Ensure on‑time payment of all suppliers/vendors.
• Follow up on outstanding receivables from customers.

Required Skills

• Sound working knowledge of ERP modules.
• Preferably cross‑functional module experience.
• Good knowledge of tax regulation.
• Strong accounting, analytical, presentation & communication skills.

Educational Qualification

MCOM/MBA from reputed university

Work Experience

2 – 5 years in manufacturing industry preferable with Excel.
