UDIT is looking for a proactive, organized, and student-focused Academic Administration Executive to support the Academic Administration Office and Front Desk operations. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, parents, faculty, and internal teams to ensure a seamless academic experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing student queries, maintaining academic records, coordinating registrations and examinations, and providing administrative support while serving as the first point of contact for student-related matters. The role also includes front desk and travel coordination responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a dynamic academic environment.
Working Days: 5.5 days a week (2 Saturdays off per month)
Timings: 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (Monday to Friday)
