Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited invites applications for a packing machine operator to join our manufacturing team in Jammu. The role focuses on maintaining quality, productivity, and adherence to cGMP guidelines in daily packaging operations.

The candidate will follow SOPs, perform in-process checks, ensure proper gowning, labeling, and cleaning of equipment, and maintain logs and records to support timely product delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Role requires adherence to cGMP and SOPs in packing operations.
• Experience in equipment cleaning and in-process checks is preferred.
• Strong attention to safety, discipline, and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality and productivity in the packing area.
• Ensure zero accidents and zero tolerance in the area.
• Follow SOPs, BPR procedures & discipline in the department and operation.
• Check and ensure daily cleaning of packing machine.
• Follow proper gowning / de-gowning procedure as per SOP.
• Check and ensure proper labelling of equipment, area and product in packing machine.
• Carry out in-process checks during packing machine operations as per MMD II.
• Start packing machine to meet delivery timelines and comply with cGMP requirements.
• Maintain all log books & records where necessary.

• To follow cGMP as per training guidelines from the premises to their section.
• To follow the respective equipment SOP's and written procedure from BPR
• To ensure environmental condition of packing machine.
• To ensure on-line documentation of respective area.
• To ensure safe working in the area with proactive equipment maintenance job

Principal Tasks:

• To maintain quality and productivity.
• To ensure that Zero accident& Zero tolerance in the area.
• To follow all respective SOP,s BPR Procedure & Discipline in the department & Operation

Responsibilities:

• To check and ensure the daily cleaning of packing machine.
• To follow proper Gowning / De-gowning procedure as per SOP.
• To check and ensure proper labelling of equipment, area and product in packing machine.
• To do the cleaning & Operation of packing machine as per SOPs.
• To carry out in-process checks during packing machine operations as per MMD II.
• To start Packing machine so that the product deliver on time, and fulfil cGMP complies and marketing requirement.
• To maintain all the log books & records where ever necessary.
