Job summary

Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking a packing operator to ensure strict adherence to cGMP and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring daily packing activities, following shift plans, and ensuring all packing inputs meet the prescribed SOPs.

The candidate will perform in-process checks, reconcile materials, and coordinate with other departments to fulfill packaging needs while minimizing losses and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor daily packing activities in line with cGMP norms.
• Execute packing inputs as per shift plan and achieve targets.
• Ensure online documents are compliant during packaging.
• Ensure packing activities adhere to the respective SOP.
• Monitor and minimize process loss during packing operations.
• Perform in-process checks for correctness of packed products.
• Stage-wise reconciliation of product and packing materials.
• Coordinate with support departments to fulfill department needs.

• To monitor the daily packing activates in primary packing in with compliance of cGMP norms.
• To execute packing inputs as per shift plan in Advanced & achieve it.
• Ensure compliance of the online Documents during packaging process.
• To ensure the packing activity as per Respective SOP.
• To Monitor & Minimize the process loss during packing operation.
• Perform the In process checks for the Correctness of the packed Product.
• Stage wise Reconciliation of the Product/Packing material.
• Coordination with the Different Supportive department for the fulfilment of the Department requirement.
