Job summary

Lupin is seeking an Executive for EHS in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The candidate should have 7 to 12 years of experience in Environmental, Health and Safety roles and strong knowledge of local rules and safety standards.

The role requires conducting EHS surveillance rounds, toolbox talks, and effective training for employees and contractors to ensure compliance with NFPA/NBC and Maharashtra rules. Strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EHS work permit systems.
• Knowledge of fire safety and NFPA/NBC standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Maharashtra Factory Rule, PESO rules, IS standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct EHS surveillance rounds.
• Lead Toolbox Talks and safety trainings for employees and contractors.
