Job summary

Contactx Resource Management in Gujarat seeks an experienced EHS professional to plan, implement and enforce health and safety policies across electronics and chemical processes.

You will ensure regulatory compliance with ETP operations, environmental laws, and safety training while maintaining ISO 14001/45001 records.

Qualifications

• Qualification as stated: B.Sc Chemistry/Electronics or Dip./BE in Environmental & Industrial Health & Safety course.
• Experience: 5+ years in electronics chemical industry with hands-on safety norms.
• Knowledge of Factory Act and Environmental Laws; experience in chemical & electronics industries; ETP operation.
• Familiarity with EPR, GPCB and CPCB; handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement and enforce EHS policy & procedures to create a health & safety platform.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, EPR, GPCB, CPCB, Factory rules etc.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment.
• Prepare and implement EHS SOPs and foster EHS culture.
• Issue work permits and ensure safety provisions.
• Train employees on EHS procedures.
• Maintain EHS records as per ISO 14001 and 45001.
• Generate MIS reports on EHS improvements.
