Job summary

Exposure to OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Sarvam AI, or similar Voice AI platforms will be an advantage.

• Strong understanding of how a customer call flows through a telephony/CTI platform .
• Exposure to telephony service providers, voice platforms, or AI technology providers.
