Navia is seeking a Technology Executive – AI & Automation in Chennai to design and implement AI-assisted solutions across departments. You will automate repetitive tasks, develop internal tools, and ensure reliable hosting and maintenance of applications.

This role emphasizes collaboration with Operations, RMS, and Finance, plus strong problem-solving and a proactive, self-driven work style. Immediate joiner preferred; 1–2 years experience welcome, with fresher consideration for relevant skills.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications and business tools using AI-assisted development platforms.
• Identify and automate repetitive manual tasks, reporting activities, data processing, and departmental workflows.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into functional applications, dashboards, utilities, and automation solutions.
• Support application troubleshooting, debugging, functional testing, and issue resolution.
• Assist with application hosting, deployment, configuration, backups, and basic performance monitoring.
• Support API integrations, API testing, and data handling using appropriate tools.
• Collaborate with Operations, RMS, Finance, and other departments to identify and implement technology-driven improvements.
• Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, functionality, security, and quality.
• Maintain technical documentation, automation scripts, reusable prompts, and implementation records.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver solutions within defined timelines.

Job Description: Technology Executive – AI & Automation

Purpose of the Role

We are looking for technology-oriented professionals to leverage AI tools and modern development platforms to support application development, maintenance, business process automation, and hosting activities across departments such as Operations, RMS, Finance, and other business functions.

The role involves understanding business requirements, developing AI-assisted solutions, automating repetitive tasks, maintaining applications, and improving operational efficiency through technology.
