Job summary

Luminous Power Technologies in Angul, Odisha invites applications for a Dispatch Executive to manage daily despatch operations in a manufacturing setup.

The role involves packing, documentation, vehicle coordination, and ERP/SAP data maintenance to ensure on-time deliveries and regulatory compliance, with shift work as needed. Candidates with 2–5 years' experience in logistics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma in any discipline, preference for logistics/supply chain.
• 2–5 years of despatch/logistics operations experience in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
• Knowledge of dispatch documentation (invoice, e-way bill, LR, packing list) and vehicle coordination.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to work in shifts and handle dispatch-related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily despatch activities including packing, documentation, and vehicle scheduling
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, LR, and packing lists
• Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer and plant requirements
• Liaise with transporters, warehouse, central planning and production teams for smooth dispatch operations
• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / SAP systems accurately
• Monitor vehicle turnaround time and optimize dispatch efficiency
• Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements related to logistics
• Support daily & monthly dispatch MIS and reporting
• Assist in resolving dispatch-related issues and customer queries
