Job Type: Full time , 5 days working, Hybrid mode (Mon and Fri WFH , remaining 3 days work from Office)

Working Hours: 2 shift ( 10.00 AM – 07.00 PM and 12.00 PM – 08.00 PM )

Key Responsibilities:

• – Plan and implement new features and enhancements for existing applications
• – Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver user-centered solutions
• – Contribute to architectural discussions and decisions
• – Conduct code reviews and write automated tests using (Dusk, PEST)
• – Continuously improving development workflows, processes, and code quality

Experience and Requirements:

• – 8 + years of professional Laravel / PHP development experience .
• – Laravel including Livewire: You have deep knowledge and hands-on experience with the Laravel framework, including advanced use of routing, middleware, Eloquent ORM, queues, and authorization policies.
• – Livewire & AlpineJS: You are confident in building dynamic, reactive user interfaces using Livewire and AlpineJS and have used them extensively in production environments.
• – Tailwind CSS: You are highly familiar with Tailwind CSS and can efficiently create modern, responsive, and accessible UI components with utility-first styling.
• – MySQL: You have a strong command of relational databases, including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning in MySQL.
• – GitLab (CI/CD): You are experienced in working with GitLab for version control and have actively used GitLab CI/CD pipelines in collaborative development workflows.
• – Test-Driven Development (TDD): While not mandatory, experience with TDD (ideally using PEST or PHPUnit) is a significant plus and highly valued in our team.

Personal Skills and Qualities :

• – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• – Additional professional training in PHP or web technologies is a plus
• – Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• – Structured and self-organized working style with a focus on results
