WeblineIndia in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, seeks a PHP Laravel Developer with 1–3 years of experience to join our PHP team. You will work on Laravel-based modules, REST APIs and collaborate with frontend components using React.js where applicable.

Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, HTML/CSS/JS and Git is required. Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is a plus, and you will participate in code reviews and deployments in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient backend development with Laravel and PHP.

Job Description

We need a PHP Laravel Developer (2-4 years experience) to join our PHP team. The role requires strong backend development skills with Laravel, good exposure to frontend technologies like React JS, and practical knowledge of Git, MySQL, and basic server operations.

Requirements

Laravel / PHP

• Strong working experience with Laravel (controllers, models, services, middleware, queues, jobs, events).
• Solid understanding of PHP 7/8, OOP concepts, MVC structure.

Database

• Good command of MySQL (queries, joins, indexing, migrations, seeds).
• Ability to design and optimize database structures.

Frontend

• Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Optional but preferred: React.js

Version Control

• Must be comfortable with Git (branching, pull requests, conflict resolution).

Server & DevOps Basics

• Understanding of Linux commands.
• Ability to handle environment variables, config files, deployment steps.
• Understanding of Apache/Nginx is a plus.

AI-Assisted Development Tools (Required/Preferred)

Candidate should be familiar with modern AI-powered development workflows, specifically:

• Cursor IDE (AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, project navigation).
• Antigravity / Claude-based coding tools for faster code creation and debugging.
• Ability to write clear prompts for AI tools.
• Ability to use AI to:
  • Refactor existing code,
  • Generate documentation,
  • Speed up development tasks,
  • Validate logic and identify bugs.
• Understanding of AI limitations and when manual coding is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Laravel-based modules and REST APIs.
