Job summary

Kiya.ai in Navi Mumbai (Airoli) is seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions in the BFSI domain. You will lead architecture, guide a team, and interface with clients to ensure delivery excellence.

Requires 9+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Spring frameworks, microservices, and DevOps practices. This role is on-site in Navi Mumbai with 5 days WFO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, REST APIs.
• Experience leading teams in BFSI domain.
• Strong design and architecture skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and client interfacing.

Responsibilities

• Drive system architecture and low-latency design improvements.
• Apply design patterns and enforce coding standards across projects.
• Identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
