Job summary

VMX HI- CONNECTORS PRIVATE LIMITED in Bengaluru's Harohalli Industrial Area is seeking a Data Automation & Power BI Specialist to streamline workflows, implement robust data processes, and simplify daily tasks across production, purchasing, quality control, and technical development.

You will build automated tools and interactive dashboards that bridge raw data and teams, train staff to use the new dashboards, and help replace manual data entry with user-friendly solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data visualization and automation, specifically using Power BI, Power Query, DAX, and advanced Excel.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred; familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and QC is a major advantage.
• Proven ability to build dynamic, easy-to-read dashboards that simplify complex data.

Responsibilities

• Automate the extraction and cleanup of daily reports using Power Query and advanced Excel.
• Design and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards to track key metrics across Production, assembly, inventory, and supply chain.
• Work directly with department heads to establish clear data processes and replace manual, time-consuming data entry tasks with user-friendly solutions.
