Qualifications

• 7+ years of BI/analytics experience, specifically in manufacturing environments.
• 3-5 years of strong expertise in Power BI, particularly DAX and semantic modeling.
• Experience with MES, D365, SCADA, historian, or IIoT data sources.

Job Summary

The Power BI Architect will design and implement enterprise-wide analytics and reporting solutions tailored to manufacturing operations. The role focuses on integrating complex shopfloor, production, supply chain, and quality datasets into scalable Power BI models and dashboards. This position enables manufacturing leadership to gain insights into production performance, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and predictive decision-making.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7–12+ years of BI/analytics experience, with at least 3–5 years in manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in Power BI (DAX, M, semantic modelling).
• Experience working with MES, D365, SCADA, historian, or IIoT data sources.
• Knowledge of manufacturing KPIs (OEE, scrap rate, downtime, takt time, machine performance).
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data warehousing.
• Experience deploying Power BI at enterprise manufacturing scale.
