Job summary

Bookeventz is seeking an events coordinator in Mumbai to plan and execute engagements from concept to delivery, coordinating design, production, vendor management, and on-site logistics.

You will handle decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, guest lists, and location details, proposing improvements and ensuring flawless execution on event day, with post-event evaluations and reporting.
