Qualifications

• B.Tech/B.E. degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Automobile/EV Technology or related field.
• 3–7 years of EV industry experience, EV training, service, maintenance, or technical projects.
• Strong practical knowledge of EV components and electrical systems.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Prior experience as a trainer is a plus.
• Must have a personal laptop for PPT-based sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and practical training on EV technology.
• Train students on EV components, batteries, motors, controllers, BMS, chargers, and wiring.
• Demonstrate EV assembly, electrical connections, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
