Job summary

Vsan Group invites an EV Bike Service Engineer to join the Chennai service team. You will service, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electric bikes, ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience, ITI/ diploma in automotive, mechanical or electrical engineering, and hands-on skills with EV systems, multimeters and diagnostic tools. You will explain maintenance procedures to customers and keep accurate service records.

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience in EV servicing or automobile maintenance is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of EV bikes.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.
• Troubleshoot battery, motor, controller, wiring, and charging-related issues.
• Conduct vehicle inspections and functional tests.
• Explain vehicle maintenance and operating procedures to customers.
• Maintain service records and spare parts requirements.
• Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding service schedules.
• Follow workshop safety procedures and service standards.
