Job summary

Eucloid Data Solutions in Gurugram is seeking a Principal Data Consultant to lead end-to-end data, marketing and business strategy engagements. You will design and implement data-driven solutions across CDPs, marketing analytics and revenue intelligence, working with modern data stacks to deliver value.

You will collaborate with leadership and clients, translating complex problems into actionable analytics, and presenting compelling proposals and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a quantitative field from a reputed institution.
• MBA from a top-tier school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of data and analytics projects.
• Translate business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Design and implement CDP, marketing analytics, attribution and customer journey analytics solutions.
• Work with modern data stacks (cloud data platforms, composable CDPs, data pipelines).
• Drive use cases like segmentation, personalization, campaign optimization, and ROI measurement.
• Partner with leadership on proposals, pitches, and solution design.
• Create narratives, frameworks and decks for client conversations.
• Create POCs and prototypes to demonstrate value.

About The Role

We are looking for a Principal Data Consultant who can operate data, marketing, and business strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who can lead client engagements end-to-end, shape solutions, and drive measurable outcomes. The candidate will work closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to solve complex problems across marketing analytics, customer data platforms (CDPs), and revenue intelligence.

Ideal Candidate Background And Skills

Background:

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from a Top-Tier institution is a plus.
• 7-10 years of experience in data consulting, analytics, or martech-focused roles.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage senior stakeholders.
• Prior experience in Modern Data Stack, Customer Analytics, and Web Analytics is a plus.
• Prior experience in Big-data solutions, at any level of the stack (Data Engineering, ML, Visualization or Cloud platforms) is a plus.

Skills:

• Ability to balance strategy with execution.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in managing VP-level stakeholders is a plus.
• Ability to formulate project strategy and roadmap through metrics and a data-driven approach.
• Strong analytics and structured problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills (decks, executive communication).
