Job summary

Eucloid Data Solutions seeks a Senior Principal Consultant to blend strategic thinking, analytics expertise and delivery leadership for enterprise clients. You will oversee end-to-end delivery across data, AI and marketing tech engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

You will drive solution design, grow accounts, mentor consultants and stay ahead of AI/data platform trends to strengthen Eucloid's offerings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting or analytics with delivery outcomes.
• 4+ years leading a >4-member team.
• Strong expertise in Analytics, AI, Martech, CDPs, Marketing Analytics and cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on with SQL and BI tools; familiarity with Python and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple analytics and AI engagements with quality, timelines and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional teams, governance, risks and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with enterprise clients to solve business problems across Analytics, AI, Martech, and CDPs.
• Translate objectives into data/analytics/tech roadmaps while advising senior stakeholders.
• Build strong client relationships and drive value delivery.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Principal Consultant who can combine strategic thinking, consulting, analytics expertise and delivery leadership to partner with our enterprise clients. This role is crucial in enabling the Eucloid’s Management Team to focus on strategic growth, go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and thought leadership, while ensuring seamless execution across accounts.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery lifecycle across multiple high-impact data and AI engagements. You will also act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring delivery success and growing our footprint within accounts.

Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple analytics and AI engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
• Manage cross-functional teams, project governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with enterprise clients to solve business problems across Analytics, AI, Martech, CDPs, and Revenue Intelligence.
• Translate business objectives into data, analytics, and technology roadmaps while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships and drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and value delivery
• Identify opportunities for account growth and support in expanding existing engagements

Solutioning & Business Growth

• Drive solution design, proposals, SOWs, client workshops, and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and contribute to new business development.
• Mentor consultants, support hiring, and build reusable consulting frameworks and best practices.
• Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data platforms, and marketing technology to strengthen Eucloid's consulting offerings.

Ideal candidate will have following Background and Skills:

Background

• Undergraduate Degree in any quantitative discipline such as engineering, science or economics from a Top-Tier institution. MBA from Top-Tier institution is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience (10+ years a plus) in consulting or analytics role with a track record of delivering tangible business outcomes for customers.
• 4 years of experience in leading a >4-member team. Handling larger teams is a plus.
• Strong expertise in Analytics, AI, Martech, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), Marketing Analytics, and modern cloud data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Sigma, etc.); familiarity with Python and cloud platforms is preferred.

Skills

• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage senior stakeholders, and deliver large-scale consulting projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and fast-paced environment.
• Ability to formulate project strategy road map through Metrics and Data-driven approach. Prior experience in managing CXO-level stakeholders a plus.
