Job summary

ITC Infotech is seeking a L2 EUD Engineer in Bangalore with 5-6 years of EUC support experience. You will handle end-user device management, Intune and SCCM administration, Azure AD, and endpoint security.

Responsibilities include remote/user support, incident handling in ServiceNow, and hardware troubleshooting across laptops/desktops. The role requires strong collaboration, ITIL familiarity, and vendor coordination to ensure seamless enterprise endpoint operations in a Bengaluru-based

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of EUC/L2 support experience required.
• Strong hands-on with Intune, SCCM, Azure AD and MDM.
• Proficient in Windows 10/11 troubleshooting and patching.
• Experience with Endpoints, Defender, and compliance workflows.
• Familiarity with IMAC/JML processes and remote/user support.
• ServiceNow incident and request handling expertise.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge is beneficial.
