Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a skilled EUC - Citrix professional to join our Cloud & Infrastructure Services team. The role emphasizes hands-on Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop administration, CVAD and NetScaler expertise, and Windows Server/VDI support to deliver high-quality client services.

You will gather stakeholder requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and assist in project estimations and planning.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in EUC/Citrix environments.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop Administration.
• Experience with CVAD, Citrix ADC/NetScaler, StoreFront, PVS and Citrix infrastructure management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design, development, validation and support activities for Citrix EUC deliverables.
• Gather requirements and translate into system specifications for clients.
• Contribute to project estimations and planning with Tech Leads and PMs.
• Implement and support Citrix-based solutions as part of cloud & infrastructure services.

Responsibilities

• A day in the life of an Infoscion
• As part of the Infosys delivery team, your primary role would be to ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities, to assure that our clients are satisfied with the high levels of service in the technology domain.
• You will gather the requirements and specifications to understand the client requirements in a detailed manner and translate the same into system requirements.
• You will play a key role in the overall estimation of work requirements to provide the right information on project estimations to Technology Leads and Project Managers.

Technical and Professional Requirements:
