Job summary

TymblHub is seeking an EUC Architect to lead end-to-end infrastructure design for modern workplace identities and security. The role focuses on managing M365 environments, AD/Entra, and enterprise-grade identity services with strong governance and automation capabilities.

The ideal candidate will drive migrations, implement zero-touch provisioning, and champion AI-powered tooling like Copilot Studio and Power Virtual Agents to enhance security and efficiency across hybrid IT environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 (M365) environments, including governance, security, and tenant configuration.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams with guidance, oversight and mentoring.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Entra and related identity technologies.
• Familiarity with identity federation (ADFS), SSO, MFA and cloud identity solutions.
• Proven experience leading AD-related projects, migrations and integrations.
• Experience with privileged access management and identity governance.
• Good knowledge of application authentication methods.
• Design and document end-to-end infrastructure architectures including AD standards and policies.
• Experience with domain migrations and application migrations.
• Design and delivery of modern workplace programs (Zero Touch provisioning, Intune Autopilot, Windows 11 deployment).
• Experience designing technology roadmaps, current and target state architectures.
• Strong stakeholder communication and executive-level presentation skills.
• Experience with SCCM/Intune and mobile device management.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Identity & Access Associate, MCSE).
• Vendor/partner management and cross-team alignment including Microsoft product teams.
• Experience driving product vision, roadmaps and feature adoption strategies.
• Experience architecting AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio / Power Virtual Agents.
