Job summary

CMS It Services seeks an IT support professional to manage end-user hardware/software, servicing desktops, laptops, printers, and OS/applications. The candidate will handle 100–200 users/assets and may require weekend and field support at nearby stores.

Basic networking concepts and familiarity with Outlook, MS Office, Adobe, and browsers are expected. Strong troubleshooting and presentable appearance are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in end-user support for desktops, laptops, and printers.
• Experience handling 100–200 users/IT assets.
• Willing to work weekends and perform field support at stores.
• Basic networking concepts (IP, router, switch, cabling).
• Knowledge of Outlook, MS Office, Adobe and web browsers.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and good presentability.
• A+ hardware certification or training is a plus.
• ITIL awareness, incident management, and ITSM tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• IT Hardware and Software knowledge.
• More than 2-3 Yr of EUS support experience in handling Desktop/Laptop/Printers, OS and applications
• should have EUC experience in handling 100-200 users/IT assets or equivalent Site.

• Good Knowledge of Email client setup (Outlook), MS Office, Adobe, Browser.
• Good Troubleshooting skills
• Regular and presentable.
• A+ Hardware, Certification and Training on IT Hardware/OS would be advantage
• ITIL awareness, Incident Management, ITSM Tool awareness, SLA Management.
