We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise retail solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project delivery, gathering and translating functional requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful project go-live within defined timelines and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones using project management tools.
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers during implementation.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and solution discussions.
• Provide regular project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Functional Expertise

• Analyze and document business processes related to retail operations.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Provide guidance on best practices in POS, inventory management, merchandising, and supply chain processes.
• Support solution configuration and ensure alignment with client needs.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with Technical, QA, Support, and Product teams.
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor team performance.
• Ensure smooth handover from implementation to support.

Governance & Risk Management

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with defined project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).

Required Qualifications
