The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in validating data across source and target systems, performing data quality checks, developing test scenarios, and working in Agile environments. The candidate will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and data engineers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data pipelines and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SQL and database validation.
• Experience working with Mainframe technologies such as JCL, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, and ISPF.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and data validation.
• Experience with RDBMS databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Defect Life Cycle.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum projects.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
