Job summary

People Centro India is seeking an experienced ETL Tester in Kochi (Hybrid) with 6+ years of expertise in data warehousing, ETL testing, and analytics validation. You will validate backend data processes, perform data validation, and test BI reports using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

The role requires hands-on testing of complex ETL pipelines, database validation, and collaboration with data engineers and business stakeholders to ensure data quality and integrity across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.
• Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in complex queries and data validation.
• Experience in ETL testing using Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, Talend, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Star/Snowflake Schemas, and Data Marts.
• Experience in validating large datasets and complex business transformations.
• Experience in frontend testing of Power BI, Tableau, MS Fabric or similar BI platforms.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices.
• Experience with defect management tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
