The role requires excise experience and hands-on oversight of warehouse activities, including inventory, documentation, and staff coordination. Candidates should be prepared for rotational shifts and adhere to strict safety protocols.

Competenze

• Must have 12th or higher education
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
• Excise related experience and knowledge is a must

• Oversee the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of ENA and ethanol stocks.
• Maintain accurate excise records and daily stock registers for government compliance.
• Coordinate tanker loading operations, ensuring correct dip readings and density checks.
• Monitor storage tank levels and temperatures to prevent evaporation or leakage.
• Verify all shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills, and transport permits.
• Manage warehouse staff and loaders to ensure efficient and timely dispatch schedules.
• Enforce strict fire safety protocols within the high-hazard zone.
• Liaise with excise officials for physical verification and sealing of tankers.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to match production with dispatch.

We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Supervisor to manage storage, handling, and dispatch of ethanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), ensuring safety, accuracy, and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Overseethe safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of ENA and Ethanol stocks.


• Maintainaccurate excise records and daily stock registers for government compliance.


• Coordinatetanker loading operations, ensuring correct dip readings and density checks.


• Monitorstorage tank levels and temperatures to prevent evaporation or leakage losses.


• Verifyall shipping documents, including invoices, e-way bills, and transport permits.
