Saheel Properties is seeking a Lead – Estimation & Costing to drive real estate project budgets, cost controls, and tender evaluation. You will lead estimation activities, review BOQ, and coordinate with design, procurement, and contracts teams.

This role emphasizes maintaining cost databases, analysing rates, negotiating commercial proposals, and monitoring costs against approved budgets to ensure project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimation and costing activities for real estate projects.
• Review BOQ, quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Conduct rate analysis and prepare project budgets.
• Review tender documents and contractor quotations.
• Evaluate and negotiate commercial proposals.
