Role Description The Estimation Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for structural and civil works. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing drawings and specifications, developing cost estimates, assisting in tender preparation, and supporting bid evaluation with accurate cost data. The role involves coordinating with design and project teams to validate quantities, updating estimates based on design changes, and supporting value engineering and cost-control initiatives. The Estimation Engineer will also research market rates for materials and labor, assist in vendor and contractor negotiations, and prepare clear estimation reports for internal and client stakeholders. This is a part-time hybrid role based in Delhi, with a mix of on-site collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.
