Job summary

LogicLadder is seeking an Onboarding Specialist in Customer Success to ensure a seamless introduction of our Sustainability Cloud platforms for new customers. You will guide setup, training, and adoption to set clients up for long-term value.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor onboarding metrics, and report on customer health, time-to-value, and adoption, while delivering clear communication and strong relationship-building.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing onboarding or success roles.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and data analytics is a plus.
• Ability to track onboarding metrics and report to stakeholders.

Job description

LogicLadder is seeking an Onboarding Specialist, Customer Success to join our team. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our new customers, ensuring they understand the full capabilities of our Sustainability Cloud platforms, and setting them up for long-term success. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving adoption, and building strong relationships with our customers.

Primary responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Develop and execute customized onboarding plans for new customers, ensuring timely and successful implementation of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the onboarding process, providing clear and concise communication.
• Configure and set up customer accounts, ensuring accurate data integration and platform customization.
• Conduct regular check-ins, training sessions, and demos to ensure customers understand the features and benefits of our platforms.
• Provide real time solutions related to software, networking, servers issues
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate customers on the usage and best practices of our Sustainability Cloud platforms.
• Monitor customer adoption and provide guidance to ensure they are getting the most value from our platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive onboarding experience. Key Skill:

• Familiarity with sustainability and environmental concepts is desirable.
  

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in onboarding, customer success, or technical support.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and data analytics tools is a plus.
• Track and analyze key onboarding metrics, such as time-to-value, customer satisfaction, and adoption rates.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on onboarding performance and customer health.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement changes and improvements based on customer feedback. Good to have :
• Familiarity with data analysis and interpretation in the context of sustainability and environmental metrics.
• Understanding of industry standards and regulations related to sustainability, such as, GHG Protocol, and ESG.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Azure, can be helpful for managing data and applications.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, such as ZOHO, can be helpful for managing customer interactions and data
