The role requires deep Oracle expertise across Fusion components and strong collaboration with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deliver Fusion-based integrations, reports, and configurations using Sandbox, EL Expressions, Groovy, BIP, HCM Extracts, and REST APIs, ensuring timely project delivery and high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Oracle tech experience with 2 Fusion/EBS implementations.
• Expertise in HCM and Finance modules and strong business-process understanding.
• Strong Fusion tech stack knowledge: Sandbox, EL Expressions, Groovy scripting, and BIP reports development.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HCM Module Fast Formulas, and REST APIs integration.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL and database management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
