Qualifications

• 6–8 years of Oracle EBS Technical development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to analyze requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain PL/SQL packages, Forms, Reports, Workflows, Interfaces, and Conversions.
• Perform unit testing, code reviews, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Prepare technical design documents, coding standards, and implementation documentation.
• Support Oracle EBS enhancements, upgrades, and production support activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle EBS solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote development best practices.

OSI Digital is looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Oracle EBS Technical with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and support Oracle EBS customizations, extensions, interfaces, and technical solutions across Financials, Supply Chain, and HRMS modules while ensuring high-quality and scalable implementations.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of Oracle EBS Technical development experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Workflows
• Experience working with Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain (SCM), and HRMS modules
• Knowledge of XML Publisher, OAF, Web ADI, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and teamwork skills

Good To Have

• Oracle EBS Technical Certification
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Oracle Fusion Applications
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
• Experience in enterprise Oracle EBS implementation and upgrade projects
