Job summary

Zensar Technologies is seeking a Product Owner to drive D365 F&O based solutions across Finance, Retail, and Supply Chain domains. You will own the product lifecycle, maintain the roadmap, and ensure business value through prioritized features and collaboration with global teams.

Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, and experience in multi-country rollout projects are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for D365 F&O-based solutions


• Define and maintain product vision, roadmap, and value realization goals


• Prioritize features and backlog based on business value, ROI, and strategic alignment


• Act as the voice of the customer/business stakeholders

2.. Business Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders (Finance, Retail, Supply Chain) to identify opportunities


• Drive workshops, requirement discussions, and solution validation sessions


• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities and delivery timelines

3. Agile Delivery & Sprint Management

• Own and manage product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria


• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions


• Ensure timely delivery of sprints with focus on quality, velocity, and business value


• Work closely with Scrum Masters, developers, and QA teams

4 Retail Accounting Expertise

• Provide subject matter expertise on:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
